Fishing the river

Journey with me, to the best Wild River, Dry Fly Fishing area in British Columbia. Here you can Drift or Walk and Wade for Bull Trout, Westslope Cutthroat or Rocky Mountain Whitefish. You have three rivers to choose from all with large fish populations and amazing scenery.

The Elk

A larger river, perfect for drifting, with an abundance of large, pure strain Westslope Cutthroat, huge Bull Trout and Rocky Mountain Whitefish. I have hand built an eighteen ft. McKenzie River Drifter, specifically for this river, with lots of room and stability for all your gear and comfort. The Elk also has many side channels to walk, stretch your legs, fish and explore.

Float the Elk - 2 Fisherman - $525.00**

Walk & Wade the Elk - 2 Fisherman - $525.00, 1 additional person $100.00 Extra**

Drift the Elk (Non-Fishing) - 2 Persons - $300.00

Wilderness Camp YurtThe Wigwam

The Wigwam is a smaller river that is a completely wild and remote, ideal for walk and wade style of fly fishing. It is a crystal clear, fly fishing only river for its entire length, which makes it even more enticing. My Wilderness Camp is located here. Having the ability to stay on the river for days is priceless and is enjoyed by everyone who comes here to fish and relax.

The Bull

The Bull is a small river with a large population of feisty cutthroat. The icy cold, gin clear water is perfect for memorable battles with these great fighting fish. Once again the scenery is spectacular and the possibility of seeing wildlife is very real.
